Welcome to ENNC
The Elmhurst Neighbors and Newcomers Club is a social club for Elmhurst-area women who are interested in building friendships, connecting to their community, pursuing special interests, and for those who are simply looking to have some fun.
Our club helps women and their families meet new people, connect with others who have similar interests, and generally become more familiar with the Elmhurst community.
Our logo is comprised of four interconnecting circles. These circles symbolize both the connections we make with one another and the four areas of focus for ENNC: Ladies’ Events, Couples’ Events, Family Events and Community Service.
With Social Events for ladies, couples, and their families, as well as the many and varied Interest Groups, the Elmhurst Neighbors and Newcomers Club really has something for everyone! Our club is made up of all kinds of members with varying levels of participation. It’s up to you!
Social Events throughout the year include:
- Ladies’ Train Crawl
- Couples’ Pub Crawl
- Family Fall Fest
- Family Breakfast with Santa
- Couples’ Holiday Party
- Ladies’ Boutique Crawl
- Mothers’ Tea
- Family Summer Picnic
While many of our members have lived in Elmhurst for years, newcomers are joining us all the time!
The very definition of a Chick Flick! In this new comedy from the writers of The Hangover, Amy has a seemingly perfect life – a great marriage, over-achieving kids, beautiful home and a career. However she’s over-worked, over-committed and exhausted to the point that she’s about to snap. Fed up, she joins forces with two other over-stressed moms on a quest to liberate themselves from conventional responsibilities – going on a wild, un-mom-like binge of long overdue freedom, fun and self-indulgence – putting them on a collision course with PTA Queen Bee Gwendolyn and her clique of devoted perfect moms.
Join us for our annual Girls Night Out at Flight 112 to celebrate the end of summer and the upcoming Book Club year. We’ll be discussing Eight Hundred Grapes by Laura Dave.
